With so much uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), the RSF Senior Center is erring on the side of caution. All in-person programs and classes, effective immediately, are canceled pending further notice. We will keep you updated when classes will resume, and when special programs can be rescheduled.

Music Appreciation

Do you love music? If you miss Randy Malin’s popular Music Appreciation class, you can have a weekly class delivered directly to your inbox. Randy’s “Covid Concert Series” offers intriguing tidbits of historical information that helps to bring the music alive, along with a link to a beautiful concert that you can enjoy at your leisure. Chair Yoga
with Peggie Moore
Peggie Moore, is a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT500), Reiki Master, and has also received her certification as a BEWELL Yoga for Cancer teacher. Peggie has practiced yoga her entire adult life and is passionate about working with every age, size, shape, and ability who has the desire to find their way to yoga and to a healthier, happier life. This class will teach you ways in which you can reduce stress, improve well-being, and improve your strength and flexibility. Appropriate modifications are provided for students.
Class occurs weekly
Sundays at 9 AM: Please note-- Sunday's class begins with standing and balancing for the first 30 minutes and then the option for floor or chair yoga.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 AM: Chair Yoga.

Join Lisa Randall, Memory Educator, for a free weekly interactive class. The hour-long sessions will discuss the fundamentals of building a memorable lifestyle. They will include both memory strengthening exercises along with lifestyle-based strategies for your best memory. Anyone at any age can take steps towards their best memory! All are invited to attend.
