Peggie Moore, is a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT500), Reiki Master, and has also received her certification as a BEWELL Yoga for Cancer teacher. Peggie has practiced yoga her entire adult life and is passionate about working with every age, size, shape, and ability who has the desire to find their way to yoga and to a healthier, happier life. This class will teach you ways in which you can reduce stress, improve well-being, and improve your strength and flexibility. Appropriate modifications are provided for students.  These classes are provided complimentary.
